Internet Explorer web browser

This issue could be experienced for one of two reasons.  This could either be as a result of blocked pop-ups, or because Booksure has not been added as a Trusted site.

Allowing pop-ups on your Internet Explorer internet browser

From within your Internet Explorer browser, please click on the Tools menu button, located at the top right hand corner of your screen.  Select Internet Options from the dropdown menu.



This will open on the General tab, please select the Privacy tab.




Untick the checkbox that appears alongside the Turn on pop-up blocker field.   Thereafter click Apply and Okay buttons.



Please click on the Accept and Pay or Make Payment button in order to proceed to the Payment page.  Once your payment has been completed, please ensure that you change the Block Pop Ups setting to On.

Add Booksure as a Trusted site

From within your Internet Explorer browser, please click on the Tools menu button, located at the top right hand corner of your screen.  Select Internet Options from the dropdown menu.




This will open on the General tab, please select the Security tab.




Please select Trusted Sites, and then click on the Sites button.




Please click on the Add button, and thereafter the Close button.



Please click on the Accept and Pay or Make Payment button in order to proceed to the Payment page.  Once your payment has been completed, please ensure that you change the Block Pop Ups setting to On.
