How to request a refund


Please note:  It is against Booksure's policy to process a guest's refund into a different credit card to the one that was used to make the original payment.

Step 1

In order to request a refund you will need to open the reservation.  


 

Step 2

Once in the reservation, scroll down and click on Request Refund button.



Step 3

Type in the Amount you wish to refund to the guest, as well as the Reason for the refund.  Thereafter click on the Next button.



 

Step 4

Please indicate who is responsible for the Refund fee. (Fee charged will be 10% (plus VAT) of the amount being refunded, at a minimum of R20, and a maximum of R150).  Thereafter, click on the Next button.

 

 

Step 5

Once you have verified that the information is correct, please click on the Confirm button.

 


Step 6

A confirmation pop up will appear.  Please click on the Print Refund Form button.




Step 7

Please email the refund form to your guest.  Once the guest has completed the form, please request that they send it back to you.  Please sign the form at the Authorised by section and either fax or email the refund form to us and we will process the refund.
