Viewing your Enquiries and Reservations

Enquiries

An enquiry will remain an enquiry until a deposit payment has been received. If your establishment’s real-time booking is enabled, and have set up the 24 hour authorisation option, a real-time booking will remain an enquiry until you have confirmed the booking. Once payment has been made it will become a confirmed reservation.

To view your enquiries, click on the Bookings menu, and select Enquiry.



Please note that the records that display here can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on the applicable heading that you would like to sort the results by.


Open Enquiries

Enquiries displaying here will include enquiries that have not yet been quoted on, quotes that have not yet been accepted, declined quotes, expired quotes, cancelled enquiries and real-time bookings that have not yet been accepted (if 24 hour authorisation has been enabled).  To view these enquiries, click on the either the enquiry number on the left, or on View link on the right.

 

Archived Enquiries

Enquiries displaying here are enquiries whose arrival date is in the past. These enquiries never became confirmed reservations. To view these enquiries, either click on the enquiry number on the left or on View link on the right.


Reservations

Confirmed, real-time and paid bookings will appear as Reservations.   

To view your reservations, click on the Bookings menu, and select Reservations.



Please note that the records that display here can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on the applicable heading that you would like to sort the results by.



To view these reservations, either click on the reservation number on the left or on View link on the right.
